The establishment of Smi̽öw Fton Köz Ner was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Smi̽öw Fton Köz Ner's construction back out of the project. Mb̪f̄kī̌ Ha̋nvéch 'Jay Gunslinger' Vú̄kīb Së̂ Ya̋ch Ghuldrash pushed on reguardles, and Smi̽öw Fton Köz Ner was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Smi̽öw Fton Köz Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Smi̽öw Fton Köz Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Smi̽öw Fton Köz Ner is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of spacious packed earth streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. Smi̽öw Fton Köz Ner's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines.
